Tourist tax in Kyiv

From 01.01.2019 in accordance with Article 268.3.1 of the Tax Code of Ukraine, the rate of tourist tax changed and in accordance with Decision 2/6658 of 01.31.2019 On Amending the Decision of the Kyiv City Council of June 23, 2011 N 242/5629 “On Establishing Local Taxes and meetings in Kyiv.”

For citizens of Ukraine, the tourist tax is 34,59 UAH / day per person.

For foreigners, the tourist fee is 86,47 UAH / day per person.

Also, please note that in order to be exempted from paying the tourist tax, it is necessary to provide properly executed documents upon arrival. Otherwise, guests must pay the tourist tax.
